TACO SHAPER TIP #1 Your shapers may come loose new out of the box or top shapers will become loose and will separate while cooking. To adjust so tortilla fits firmly in shaper follow these 2 quick steps while not in use or hot.
1) Squeeze bottom shaper slightly inwardly
2) Press top shaper outwardly, this creates as tension to hold the tortilla in place firmly in bottom shaper while cooking
TACO SHAPER TIP #2
Season (get them oily) without the tortilla in the shapers. Place them in the oil you're going to use. Then put the tortilla in between the shapers and start cooking. This will prevent the taco shell from sticking to the shapers while in use.
